Payments made for completed and successfully delivered services are generally non-refundable.
If a submitted check fails or times out due to system or upstream service issues, the corresponding check credit may be refunded back to your account.
If duplicate payment is confirmed for the same order, we may review and process a refund or account credit adjustment where appropriate.
Refunds are generally not available for user mistakes, changes of mind, incorrect file submission, or completed report delivery unless required by law.
Approved refunds or account credit adjustments may require reasonable processing time depending on the payment provider and transaction status.
