Delivery time for checks and reports depends on system conditions, uploaded file processing, and integrated third-party services. Some checks may complete within minutes, while others may take longer.
Delays may occur due to maintenance, upstream service availability, document size, or high submission volume.
Once completed, reports are made available through your account dashboard and report pages, subject to retention and access policies.
If a report is not delivered due to a failed or timed-out check, the related credit may be refunded to your account according to our Refund Policy.
